Mitchell is genuinely passionate about working with members to achieve their fitness goals, Whether that means building strength, improving performance, or simply feeling healthier and more confident in everyday life. He is specialised in working with clients managing long-term injuries, providing tailored solutions to ease chronic pain and release pressure in affected areas. Mitchell also specialises in supporting women through life transitions such as menopause developing programs that are carefully tailored to each individual's goals and needs.
