At Metaform, transparency is at the core of what we do. While the options above give you an outline of what is available, every membership can be tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. During your onboarding consultation, one of our team will take the time to understand your needs and help design the right membership for you.

Flexible and simple

All memberships are based on no-lock in contracts, however further savings are available for lock-in contracts and upfront payments.

Once you're signed up, you'll have the freedom to adjust your membership directly in our app (no calls or conversations required, unless you'd prefer extra support from our team).

Your sales consultant will go through all options and find the best option to suit your lifestyle.

Corporate membersip

At Metaform, also partner with businesses to support the health and wellbeing of their teams. Our corporate memberships can be tailored to suit the size and needs of your workplace, offering employees access our facilities, program, and coaching.

Example corporate package:

- 50 staff membership (gym access only)

- Fortnightly private group training session for the corporate team
