FAQ
Getting Started
What happens in my first session?

Your coach assesses your goals, activity level and any injuries, then builds your first sessions around safe, correct technique. See our Beginners page for more detail.

Do I need any prior gym experience?
No – programs are scaled to your starting point, whether that’s day one or year ten.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, closed shoes, water bottle.
Pricing & Trials
How much does personal training cost?
Try 2 sessions one on one with a head coach for $60 See full Pricing & Packages for ongoing options.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in contracts on any package.
Can I try before I commit to an ongoing plan?
Yes – that’s exactly what the $60 introductory offer is for. All packages are non-lock in so commitment is only one week ahead at a time.
Semi Private Training
How many people are in a semi private session?
Six people maximum, so your coach can still correct your technique and adjust your program
individually each session.
Is semi private training right for beginners?

Yes – see our dedicated Personal Training for Beginners page.

Online Coaching
How does online coaching work?

Structured monthly training programs delivered to your phone, with video coaching and check-ins – train anywhere, on your own schedule. See full Online Coaching page.

Do I need gym equipment for online coaching?
No. Programs work with whatever you’ve got: bodyweight only, a few bits at home, a full gym, or a mix depending on the day. Tell us what you have access to and your training fits around it.
Our Facility
Where are you located?
100 Brookes Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. See full Contact & Location page for map and hours.
Is parking available?

Yes. Park at 1000 Ann Street in the Emporium complex, where you get two hours free. There’s also garage parking accessible through the same entrance, free for the whole time you’re training.

Can I visit and see the studio before booking?

Yes. We run a free 15-minute studio tour. Come and look at the space, meet whoever’s on the floor, and ask whatever you want before you decide anything. If you’d rather look first from home, there’s a three-minute walkthrough video on the site.
