How it works

Small group personal training, done properly.

Semi private means six people at most, one coach, and everyone on their own program. Not a class, not one-on-one: a personal trainer in Springfield at a group price.
01

Coached

A coach runs every session. They watch your form, adjust your weights and know your history.

02

Programmed

Your program is written for you and moves forward session to session, so every workout has a reason.

03

Six people max

Every session is capped at six. Enough people to keep you going, few enough that your coach knows you.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers to what people ask before they join.
I've never lifted before. Is that okay?

Yes. Start with two one-on-one sessions with a head coach ($60), who walks you through every movement. By the time you join a group, you know what you are doing.

I have an old injury. Will it be a problem?

It might shape your program, but it should not stop you. Tell your coach in your first session and they will build around it.

How is this different from a group class?

A class runs one workout for the whole room. Here every person trains their own program, written for them, with a coach watching form and adjusting the work. Six people at most.

Do I need a gym membership as well?

Not on 3 or 4 sessions a week: 24/7 gym access is included. The 2-session tier covers your booked sessions only.

How do the $60 sessions work?

Two sessions, both one-on-one with a head coach. They learn your history and your goals, and set up your program. After that, pick a weekly membership if you want to keep going.

Can I cancel a session?

Yes. Cancel or move a booked session up to 3 hours before it starts at no charge.

Last thing

Come try a session.

Sixty dollars. Two sessions. Both one-on-one with a head coach before you join a group.
